Shipping and Processing Policy
We work hard to get every order out as soon as possible but please remember your product are carefully handmade and may take a little time to complete. Please allow 1-6 business days to process your order. Please be aware that orders can take as long as 10 business days to process. Processing time depends on product availability and season demands. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Once your package has been shipped, allow 2-3 days for tracking to update. Average delivery time for most packages with standard shipping is 2-5 business days and 2-3 business days with expedited shipping. Shipping days include Monday- Friday. Weekends are not included in shipping time. If you notice your tracking number has not been updated or your package has not been delivered within 10 days you may contact the shipping company for further info on the status of your package.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen or if you have any other problems with your order, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. If your order has not been delivered after 10 business days, you may contact us at the above email address.
Shipping time does not include processing time. Standard processing time applies to every package even when choosing expedited shipping. Although we have experienced very little delays with shipping, be aware that delays are possible even when choosing expedited shipping. Please note that shipping time is and estimate given by the shipping companies and we are not responsible for delays.
All Packages are currently shipped with USPS and UPS.
International Shipping Policy
Unfortunately Kinsey Kakes does not ship internationally. We are working really hard to make that possible and we hope to have international shipping available very soon.
Returned / Undeliverable Packages
We want to be sure that your goodies reach you at the correct address, therefore it is EXTREMELY important that you check your shipping address carefully when placing your order. We ship orders to the shipping address exactly the way you enter it at checkout. We are not responsible for addresses that was entered incorrect by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" the customer will be responsible for all reshipping cost on the package.
We are not responsible for a package that is delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect entry by the customer and unfortunately would not be able to offer a refund. If the customer is still interested in receiving there order, unfortunately they would have to place another order for the items.
Please be aware that while we carefully and safely package each product to the best of our ability, items can still get tossed around during shipping. Also please note that our products are made natural, so shipping in extremely warm temperatures may require small adjustments to your product once arrived and the product is not considered damaged. If your package or any items in your package arrives damaged, or broken please contact within 24hrs via the "contact us" link on the website or email us at email@example.com. Please note that we may ask for photos of the damaged items and/or the damaged box to submit to the shipping company.
Due to the nature of our products, if possible, it is recommended that someone is available to retrieve your package and immediately store indoors during extremely hot or humid days to avoid possible melting of any items received.
