Shipping

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders normally take 1-2 business days to process but can take as long as 5 business days to process. Processing time depends on product availability and season demands and processing time does not include shipping time.

 

Domestic Shipping:

Packages are currently shipped though UPS and USPS and shipping transit can take 2-7 business days. Please note that shipping time is an estimate given by the shipping company and we are not responsible for delays in shipping. Although we have experienced very little delays with the transit of packages, please be aware that delays are possible at this time due to Covid Pandemic. 

Packages are shipped in a signature Kinsey Kakes logo box. Designs on box may vary. Please note that on very rare occasions some small or extra large orders may not ship in a signature box as the custom boxes are available in limited variety of sizes.

Damaged Packages:

If your package or any item in your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24hrs via the "contact us" link on the website. Please note that we may ask for photos of the damaged item and/or the damaged shipping box to submit to the shipping company. 

 

Returned / Undeliverable packages:

We want to be sure that your goodies reach you at the correct address, therefore it is extremely important you check your shipping address when placing your order. We ship orders to the shipping address you enter at checkout exactly the way it is entered. We are not responsible for addresses that was entered wrong by the customer. 

Customers are also responsible for the reshipping cost on packages returned to us as "undeliverable".
