Due to the nature of our products, we currently have a no refund /no return policy. However if there is any problems with your order (received the wrong item, ect) you may contact us at orders@kinseykakes.com or via our "contact us" page on our website.

If your package or any items in your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24hrs via the "contact us" link on the website or email us at orders@kinseykakes.com. Please note that we may ask for photos of the damaged items and/or the damaged box to submit to the shipping company.
